Retail Stock Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and experienced Stock Coordinator to join our team in GUESS DFO Homebush.

As the Stock Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Store Manager with the following responsibilities:

• Achievement of personal sales, KPI, and shrinkage targets, contributing to the overall store targets.

• Always provides helpful, energetic, and courteous service to every customer. Builds positive customer relationships by establishing customers’ needs and suggesting additional merchandise.

• Receipt of all incoming orders of stock and ensure all boxes/packages are opened and checked upon delivery in an efficient and timely manner.

• Where there are variances, ensure prompt communication of shortages and/or overages to the Store Manager.

• Work with the store management team to identify priority stock according to sell-through, VM, and replenishment needs and provide regular feedback on stock levels in all categories.

• Ensure all stock is correctly priced as per the current markdown price.

• Ensure stock is sorted, security tagged, and untagged in an efficient and timely manner.

• Ensure faulty stock is managed in line with Company policy and procedure.

• Regularly conduct product cycle counts to maintain stock integrity and report any known theft in a timely manner.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication (always ensuring effective and professional written and verbal communication), listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to ensure that the day-to-day administrative framework is up-to-date and effective.

• Maintains a strong understanding and knowledge of the brand’s products, categories, and classifications, including but not limited to seasonal products and fashions

• Proven experience in fashion retail 

• Inventory Management ideal 

• An interest in fashion and styling
