Our Prahran studio is seeking a highly creative Senior Architect who balances a refined design eye with the technical rigour required to deliver the pinnacle of luxury.

The Opportunity
As Design & Project Lead, you are the custodian of the RMA vision from the first sketch to the final handover. You will own the project lifecycle, acting as the primary interface for high-net-worth clients, specialist consultants, and elite builders.

The Role

• Creative Leadership: Work closely with Rob Mills to develop and resolve architectural design.

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead prestigious residential projects through Concept, DA, Documentation, and high-stakes Construction phases.

• Strategic Delivery: Take full responsibility for project programming, budgets, and architectural integrity.

• Stakeholder Mastery: Navigate complex stakeholder environments with the poise and articulation required for the ultra-luxury sector.

• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Synchronise architecture and interiors to ensure a holistic, seamless outcome.

• Mentorship: Set the standard for documentation and design judgement for our junior and mid-level architects.

Your Profile

• Experience: 8+ years of post-graduate experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential or boutique commercial projects.

• Technical Excellence: Advanced Revit skills are essential. You understand how to translate complex design into buildable, refined documentation.

• Authority: You are a confident communicator who can lead a site meeting as effectively as a design workshop.

• Judgement: You possess a deep understanding of materiality, proportion, and the "quiet luxury" that defines the RMA aesthetic.
