Cathara Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to support feasibility work for the development of a business case for the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
The successful candidate will act as a key coordination point between internal project stakeholders and a nominated vendor, supporting workshops, project governance, reporting, documentation and the development of key feasibility outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate feasibility workshops, including stakeholder identification, scheduling, agenda preparation, attendance management and workshop documentation.
• Develop and maintain key project artefacts, including project schedules, meeting agendas, minutes, action registers, decision logs and risk and issue registers.
• Support current-state assessments, future-state workflow discussions and requirements documentation.
• Support benefits identification and the development of business case inputs.
• Monitor progress against agreed milestones and escalate risks, issues, delays and dependencies.
• Support governance processes and prepare materials for Steering Committee and working group meetings.
• Produce weekly status reports covering progress, risks, issues, decisions and upcoming activities.
• Coordinate effectively between internal project stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support the Portfolio Manager in the successful delivery of the program of work.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a Project Support Officer, Project Coordinator or similar project delivery role.
• Strong experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience coordinating workshops, meetings and project governance activities.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining project schedules, minutes, action registers, decision logs and risk and issue registers.
• Experience supporting project reporting, governance and Steering Committee activities.
• Experience supporting business case development is highly regarded.
• Experience with current-state assessments and future-state workflow discussions is desirable.
• Previous experience supporting EMR projects or feasibility work is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting complex technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
