Your Role & Impact:

• Provide Compassionate Personal Care: Help residents start and end their day feeling comfortable, dignified, and valued by assisting with showering, dressing, and personal grooming.

• Dependable Daily Companion: Lend a warm, supportive hand during mealtimes, assist with safe moving and walking, and bring genuine connection to everyday routines.

• Be an Extra Pair of Eyes & Ears: Get to know the people you care for, keep accurate daily notes, and advocate for their well-being by sharing any changes in health or mood with the RN team.

• Deliver Care That Matters: Follow personalized care plans with heart and attention to detail, creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment on every single shift.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate IV in Ageing Support / Equivalent

• Minimum 6 months experience in residential aged care required

• Australian work rights

• Flexible to drive to Kadina/York Peninsula
