Tourism Noosa is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Specialist to join their collaborative marketing team.

Working across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, content creation and industry partnerships, you'll play a key role in inspiring visitors to experience everything Noosa has to offer.

About the Role
Reporting to the Destination Marketing Manager, you'll help develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness of the Noosa destination and drive visitation.

You'll work across a variety of channels including digital advertising, social media, website content, EDMs and cooperative marketing campaigns, while monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across key platforms
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email marketing and social media
• Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data
• Coordinate cooperative marketing campaigns with industry partners
• Maintain website content and support SEO and user experience improvements
• Assist with seasonal campaigns and cross-functional marketing projects
• Ensure all communications align with Tourism Noosa's brand standards
• Represent Tourism Noosa at member, industry and community events when required

About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and passionate about marketing.
You'll bring:

• At least four years' experience in a marketing role
• Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Tourism or a related discipline
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, EDM platforms and CMS platforms
• Excellent written communication and content creation skills
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach with exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes

Experience within tourism, hospitality, destination marketing or events will be highly regarded.
