Your duties will include:

• Lead and support Natural Area Specialists across multiple sites.
• Carry out chemical, manual and ecological weed control and invasive species management.
• Deliver bush regeneration, revegetation and ecological restoration using native plant species.
• Conduct flora and fauna assessments and monitor ecosystem health to support biodiversity goals.
• Restore and maintain bushland, wetlands and environmentally sensitive areas.
• Plan daily works, coordinate team schedules and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain environmental, quality, WHS and site presentation standards, including required documentation.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, identify site risks and improvements, and train and mentor staff.

To be successful in this role, you might have:

• A Current Drivers’ licence and own transport
• National Police Check
• White Card (required or willing to obtain)
• Experience in bush regeneration or a related field
• Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelors (Highly Desirable)
