About the role
Williams River Steel has been operating for over 40 years and specializes in commercial, industrial and precast buildings, with multiple projects currently under construction and more in the pipeline on the mid north coast.
We are seeking a Site Supervisor for our projects in the Port Macquarie areas. This is a Contract position available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
As an experienced Site Supervisor, you will ideally have a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience with a background in commercial construction turnkey projects.
· Direct report to Mid North Coast – Branch Manager
· Management of subcontractors on site.
· Maintain program and site management.
· Be willing to be hands-on when required.
· Act as the first point of contact on site for contractors and consultants.
· Maintain an accurate site diary and reporting.
· Manage WHS meetings and toolbox talks and site requirements.
· Oversee trades and coordinate material deliveries to site.
· Previous commercial construction experience
· Experience in structural steel and precast concrete panels
· Current valid White Card
· Excellent communication skills
· Sound knowledge of WHS requirements
· Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and management
· Current driver’s licence
· Must be a team player
This position is ready for an immediate start. Contract work, negotiable depending on experience.
