Clinical Manager: Acute Care ANZ

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and confident Clinical Manager – Acute Care to join the Clinical & Medical Affairs team of a leading global medical manufacturer.

This is a key clinical role supporting healthcare professionals and customers across Victoria and other regions of Australia and New Zealand as required. You will also work as part of a broader APAC Clinical & Medical Affairs team, providing high-quality clinical support, education and training to internal and external stakeholders.

As Clinical Manager – Acute Care, you will play an important role in supporting the safe, effective and appropriate use of medical technologies through high-quality clinical education, training and workshops, delivered to internal and external audiences.

We are looking for an experienced clinical professional who combines strong acute/critical care knowledge with exceptional education, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally have a tertiary education in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' clinical experience in acute care, preferably within a Critical Care, Intensive Care or Cardiac Critical Care environment. Experience with Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP) is essential as is a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions.

Your proven experience delivering clinical education and training to healthcare professionals as well as experience developing and delivering presentations, workshops and simulation-based education, will demonstrate your excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, with a proactive, professional and collaborative approach, as well as the willingness to travel across Victoria and other Australian and New Zealand regions as required.
