Job Title: Business Analyst ServiceNow (Telecom Domain)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Telecom domain to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process design, stakeholder engagement, and ServiceNow platforms, with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and articulate business and user requirements in the form of user stories for agile environments.
• Ensure requirements are well understood, developed, tested, and delivered in line with specifications and business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to identify, prioritize, model, and document business processes and data requirements.
• Represent stakeholders during planning, development, testing, and release cycles.
• Collaborate with platform and development teams to estimate delivery timelines and resource needs.
• Support testing efforts by validating requirements, performing gap analysis, and ensuring solution alignment.
• Champion change management and user adoption initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design and define processes across Customer, IT, and Employee workflows.
• Provide insights and best practices related to ITSM, Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, or HR Service Delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on process design within ITSM or ServiceNow modules (CSM, FSM, HRSD).
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow and its capabilities.
• Experience working in agile project environments and delivering outcomes in iterative cycles.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teams.
• Telecom industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, ITSM, or CSM modules)
• Experience with workflow automation and platform configuration on ServiceNow
