Land Titles Officer pool
About the role
Land Titling Officers register and secure land transactions for private and State-owned land in Western Australia, supporting the Registrar and Commissioner of Titles to meet their statutory obligations and maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Land Titles Register. Within this business unit, the Land Titles Officer delivers efficient, timely and high-quality services on complex matters, including document, examination and registration of interests. The role also provides guidance and information to stakeholders across multiple customer service channels and sites.

Pool: Vacancies may be offered on a permanent or fixed term basis for the next 12 months.
The recommended applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment screening process prior to appointment. This includes provision of a current National Police Certificate that is less than twelve months old, declaration of any previous discipline or misconduct findings or allegations, and the verification of claims made throughout the recruitment process. It is the responsibility of the applicant to incur all costs associated with obtaining a National Police Certificate.
