ASUM provides ongoing education, events and standards across all disciplines of diagnostic ultrasound.
About the Role
We are seeking an Education and CPD Events Coordinator to join our Education and CPD team. This pivotal role provides administrative and coordination support across ASUM’s education programs.
You will also serve as secretariat support, providing day-to-day support to candidates, supervisors, examiners, and the broader ASUM education community.
You will support in project coordination alongside the Head of Education and CPD in the development of new business processes, eLearning modules or educational resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering educational programs; process enrolments and support candidates throughout their learning journey, including email and phone enquiries.
Serve as the main point of contact for examiners and candidates, and provide administrative support to the Head of Education and CPD Events.
Support review and completion of reaccreditation and recertification cycles, including review of applications and managing data audits.
Maintain candidate database integrity and provide secretariat support for Education Committee meetings (agendas, minutes, actions).
Assist in creating and maintaining course materials, resources and instructional content, and implement approved updates across all resources and communications.
Support assessment and exam coordination (where applicable), including planning, procedures, outcomes and issuing of certificates.
Support in the coordination of in-person education events such as annual examinations, including flight and accommodation coordination, catering and preparation of meeting packs.
Collect and analyse program data and prepare reports on effectiveness, participant progress and areas for improvement.
Coordinate course governance and compliance with relevant regulations, standards and organisational policies.
Coordinate CPD Educational activities as required.
About You
2-3 years of experience in education or business administration.
Highly competent across Microsoft Office, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple courses, tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including confidence in handling candidate phone calls.
Quick-thinking problem-solver who works well with internal teams and external partners.
Committed to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional manner.
You will support candidate experience and provide regular reporting to the Head of Education to support ongoing assessment of ASUM’s educational programs.
