Parts Interpreter – Kadina

Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our dedicated team at our Kadina Branch.

Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Counter and phone sales across the complete Vater Machinery product range
• Ordering, processing and dispatching sales transactions
• Providing support (parts interpreting) to our service technicians
• Stock and maintain showroom merchandise ensuring visibility in clean orderly displays
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels
• Assist with in / out bound freight
• Participate in continuous rolling stocktakes and general inventory monitoring
• General administration and accuracy in customer support

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in automotive/farm machinery parts interpreting preferred and/or an apprenticeship will be considered for the right candidate.
• Proven technical interpretation skills
• Exceptional customer service & communication skills
• Proven strong organisational and decision-making skills
• The ability to work within a team environment
• The ability to multitask and to work with minimum supervision
• Computer literacy with experience in MS Word and Excel
• Hold a current driver’s licence (essential)
• Hold a current nationally accredited LF (Forklift) licence (desirable)
