Broker Support Officer

Broker Support Officer Caloundra, Sunshine Coast | Full Time | Office Based

HSA Finance is growing and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

Following the recent acquisition of Better Business Finance on the Sunshine Coast, we're looking for a motivated and organised Broker Support Officer to join the team. You'll work directly alongside the Director in a hands-on role covering loan processing, client support and day to day business operations.

This role is a great fit for someone with residential lending or broker support experience who wants to move into commercial, business and asset finance. Experience in business lending is a bonus but not essential. We're happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.

HSA Finance is a growing finance and business advisory firm helping clients across home loans, business lending, commercial property, equipment finance and growth funding. No two deals are the same and that's what keeps it interesting.

About the Role

You'll be across loan processing, client communication, lender submissions and general business support. A typical week will include:

• Managing loan applications from submission through to settlement

• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and accountants

• Following up outstanding documents and application requirements

• CRM and pipeline management

• Inbox and diary coordination

• Preparing lender submissions and supporting documentation

• Helping improve systems, processes and workflow

What We're Looking For

• Experience in loan processing, broker support or banking

• Home loan experience preferred

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• High attention to detail and able to juggle multiple priorities

• Proactive, solutions focused and comfortable in a fast moving environment
