Service Advisor

Portside Motors is a family owned and operated dealership that has built a strong and loyal customer base with a reputation as a credible, knowledgeable and reliable brand.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Service Advisor with a flair for excellent customer service to join our busy dealership.

If you are able to demonstrate the following qualities then we want to hear from you:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Maximise all sales opportunities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to our customers

• Maintain and update customer information

• Excellent telephone manner and able to create an appointment from enquiry

• Solid sales and negotiating skills

Portside Motors is looking for a Service Advisor that possesses the following:

• A strong work ethic and the ability to follow specific direction

• Motivated, professional and a team player

• Honest and reliable

• Previous Mitsubishi experience will be highly regarded

• Previous ERA Power experience will also be highly regarded
