About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Aluminium Tray Assembler to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble aluminium trays in accordance with assembly process instructions

• Cut materials and manufacture tray components as required

• Ensure all work is completed accurately according to job cards and quality assurance processes

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

• Support and uphold Lean Manufacturing principles

• Assist with general workshop tasks as needed

• Experience in assembly or a similar hands-on role (preferred but not essential)

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
