DIDO Grader/Dozer Operator

DIDO from Gladstone

We are currently seeking experienced Grader and Dozer Operators to join an established civil crew working on a major bulk earthworks project.

Multiple positions are available for operators with strong GPS and Final Trim experience, with the ability to final trim on either a Grader or Dozer.

Positions Available

• Grader Operators: $80–$85/hr flat rate
• Dozer Operators: $70/hr flat rate

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Graders or Dozers in civil construction
• Demonstrated GPS and Final Trim capability
• Ability to confidently perform final trim work on your nominated machine
• Relevant civil earthworks experience and tickets
• Ability to work effectively within a large civil construction crew
• Available for an immediate start
• Willingness to work a 15/6 DIDO roster from Gladstone

Pay & Conditions

• Grader: $80–$85/hr flat rate
• Dozer: $70/hr flat rate
• 15/6 roster
• Meals and accommodation provided
