Priceline Pharmacy Ashgrove is a family-owned community pharmacy looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

We value building strong relationships with our customers and providing excellent patient care through our range of pharmacy health services.

The role is varied and fast-paced, so we’re looking for someone reliable, confident and easy to work with who can provide great service and support the team throughout the day.

The position offers approximately 8–25 hours per week, depending on availability. Weekend availability is essential, with Saturday and/or Sunday shifts available and additional weekday hours offered where possible.

What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on role with variety across customer service, stock, merchandising and day-to-day support for the pharmacy team.

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Assisting customers with S2/S3 medicines and everyday health enquiries

·         Providing friendly, helpful service at the medicines counter

·         Assisting with prescription collection and customer enquiries

·         Helping customers find suitable health, wellness and beauty products

·         Serving customers at the register and assisting with stock management

·         Maintaining displays, stock presentation and overall store appearance

·         Working closely with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with S2/S3 pharmacy training and/or Certificate II in Community Pharmacy, ideally with previous community pharmacy experience.

You’ll be a good fit if you:

·         Are confident speaking with customers and enjoy helping people

·         Are friendly, approachable and easy to work with

·         Are reliable, punctual and consistent

·         Are willing to help across different areas of the pharmacy when needed
