Site Reliability Engineer

require participation in a 24x7 on-call support roster as well. 

we are seeking two Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) professionals based in Australia. We are considering candidates at either the Intermediate or Experienced level.

Experience in the following areas is desirable:

• Professional Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer.

• Methodologies:

Experience working with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches.

• DevOps Standards

Knowledge on DevOps tools and standards.

• Core Passions:

Passionate about secure coding practices, Software Engineering, contact centre migration and API Based applications support.

• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS):

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Connect and related AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM).

• Domain Knowledge:

Experience with contact centre technologies (IVR, ACD, CTI, call routing, workforce management).

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• CI/CD & Tooling:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Codefresh), JIRA, ServiceNow & Qliksense.

• Observability:

Knowledge of monitoring and alerting (observability).

• SRE Principles:

Familiarity with incident management and SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs).

• Problem Solving:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Mindset: Ownership mindset and proactive approach to reliability.
