Operations Supervisor

B dynamic Logistics is a 3PL helping brands scale B2B, B2C and Big & Bulky fulfilment. Our Big & Bulky division handles the freight most operators avoid: oversized, heavy and high-value product that demands specialist handling, disciplined processes and a genuine safety-first culture. We believe in collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement and we are looking for a talented leader to join us. 

As our Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Lead with Purpose: Inspire and motivate a team of Fulfilment Specialists to perform at their best every shift. Your leadership will drive the team towards exceeding DIFOT, safety and productivity targets while delivering on our customer promise.
• Drive Operational Success: Own end-to-end Big & Bulky flow inbound, oversized storage and slotting, pick, pack, dispatch, final mile and reverse logistics. You will streamline processes, optimise labour and resources and embed best practice to lift throughput and accuracy.
• Put Safety First: Big & Bulky brings genuine risk: manual handling, large-format loads and heavy MHE movement. You will set the standard, lead hazard and incident reporting and build a culture where every person goes home safe.
• Cultivate a Culture of Success: Foster a positive, inclusive environment where permanent, casual and agency team members all feel valued, supported and empowered to contribute.
• Champion Customer Satisfaction: Put our customers first in everything you do. Your commitment to exceptional service, transparent SLAs and real-time visibility will strengthen our reputation as a trusted logistics partner and drive long-term growth. 

What We are Looking For:

• Proven operations management experience within the logistics or 3PL industry. Big & Bulky, large-format freight or oversized product handling highly regarded.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating frontline teams.
• Solid understanding of WHS obligations, MHE operations and safe manual handling in a warehouse environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational success and continuous improvement.
• Labour planning, cost control and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• WMS experience required.
