The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Assembler to join our Landsdale team. The current team is full of hardworking, energetic and committed people - and anyone new joining the team needs to have these qualities too. 

Reporting to the Production Supervisor responsibilities include: 

• Assemble product to issued production documentation and safe work instructions

• Ensure product is built to specified quality and productivity targets

• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in accordance with 5S principles

• Provide timely feedback to leadership on obstacles and bottlenecks 

• Participate in continuous improvement programs 

What you must have

• A safety focus - we can support you with safety knowledge, but the understanding of the value is safety is something you must already possess

• A current drivers licence and forklift licence

• A can-do positive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Computer literate - we use lots of systems every day so you need to know your way around a computer

• Experience with use of hand, small air and power tools
