We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions in Albury. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labour laws. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Qualifications:
