Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a project coordinator to join our team at Adelaide Dust and Fume Pty Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing detailed quotations and estimates for the design, supply and installation of extraction systems for our customers as well as overseeing the projects won.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting site visits and consultations to understand the customer's extraction system requirements

2. Preparing detailed quotations and cost estimates for the supply and installation of extraction systems

3. Collaborating with the production and installation teams to ensure accurate scoping and costing

4. Maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing ongoing support

5. Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and best practices

6. Ordering of parts and organising of the projects and site installers

What we're looking for

1. Some experience in the installation of Dust and Fume extraction systems, HVAC or Sheetmetal

2. Understanding of extraction system components, materials and installation requirements

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to develop optimal solutions

4. Exceptional customer service and communication skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
