The Opportunity

Ready to shape the future of transport infrastructure? As a Civil Engineer specialising in Bridges, Roads & Structures, you’ll provide technical expertise while managing small to medium transport projects. You’ll craft high-quality reports, drive project success, and be part of an innovative, client-focused team.

This role is based in WSP's Sunshine Coast office with flexible work style arrangements available.

What You’ll Do

Deliver excellence in safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).Collaborate across teams to deliver smarter solutions.Elevate client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.Apply industry best practices and ensure design compliance.Create detailed technical reports and engineering drawings.Review and enhance engineering designs and project documents.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Support business growth through bid and tender preparation.

What You’ll Bring

A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar.5-10 years of experience in transport infrastructure (multidisciplinary project experience is a plus).Strong understanding of QLD TMR standards.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform technical analysis.Skilled in using engineering software and preparing technical reports.A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset.Excellent communication skills and a passion for quality.
