Sales Support Officer — Junior | Pacific Fertiliser | Brisbane

We're growing, and we need someone sharp to join our sales team on the floor level — someone who wants to learn the business from the inside out, not just shuffle paper.

What you'll actually be doing

• First point of contact on the phones — you'll get to know our customers and they'll get to know you
• Processing sales orders end-to-end in our CRM — accuracy matters here, tonnes are not typos
• Invoicing and account admin in Xero — we'll train you if you're new to it
• Supporting the sales team so they can focus on selling
• Keeping records clean, customers happy, and the team moving

This is a real role with real responsibility. You won't be making coffee and waiting for something interesting to happen.

Who we're after

You don't need to know fertiliser. You need to be:

• Switched on — you pick things up fast and ask good questions
• Organised — you don't let things fall through the cracks
• A clear communicator — on the phone and in writing
• Comfortable with systems — CRM, Xero or similar; if you haven't used them, you're not afraid to learn
• Someone who takes pride in getting the details right

A background in admin, customer service, agri, logistics or similar is a bonus — but attitude beats experience here.
