About the role

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen at King Road Brewery. You'll take charge of the fryer section, handling high-volume service while maintaining consistency and quality. This is a fast-paced pub kitchen environment where you'll need to keep your cool when tickets are flying and deliver reliable results under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate the fryer section during service

• Handle high-volume service consistently

• Maintain fast, clean and organised station practices

• Work reliably as part of the kitchen team

About you

• Experienced Chef de Partie

• Strong fryer and section experience

• Must have hospitality experience

• Able to handle pressure and big services

• Works well in a team

We’re busy, we’re fast-paced and we like putting out bloody good pizza.

If you’re confident with hand stretching dough, ovens and a busy service, we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous pizza experience
• Is confident running a pizza section
• Works fast & stays organised
• Can handle a high-volume service
• Takes pride in their food
• Is reliable and a good team player
• Weekend availability is a must
