Job Responsibilities

Data Mining, Analysis and Advice

• Partner with clients to understand business challenges, define opportunities and develop insight-led solutions.
• Transform complex consumer, shopper and retail datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that deliver commercial impact.
• Apply advanced analytical thinking to identify trends, opportunities and growth drivers across categories, brands and retailers.
• Leverage Circana's industry-leading platforms, including Unify+, Liquid Data and Intelligence Suite, to uncover meaningful insights.
• Lead projects from brief to delivery, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Bring together data, storytelling and strategic thinking to help clients make confident business decisions.

Client Management

• Build trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders, becoming a valued source of insight and strategic advice.
• Develop and deliver account plans that support client objectives and drive long-term business growth.
• Proactively identify opportunities to create additional value, strengthen relationships and expand client engagement.
• Lead account activity, ensuring projects, deliverables and key milestones are executed successfully.
• Anticipate client needs, manage expectations and consistently deliver an exceptional client experience.

Consultative Selling

• Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through Circana's data, analytics, consulting and technology solutions.
• Lead meaningful commercial conversations that align client challenges with innovative solutions.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals and deliver integrated client solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to proposal, negotiation and successful delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of growth by helping clients realise greater value from their partnership with Circana.

Commercial Acumen

• Stay ahead of FMCG, retail and shopper trends to provide informed recommendations and thought leadership.
• Support revenue growth through strategic account planning, opportunity identification and pipeline management.
• Manage commercial processes including proposals, forecasting, billing and client administration.
• Balance client outcomes with commercial success to create sustainable, long-term partnerships.

People Leadership and Management

• Lead by example, bringing Circana's values to life through collaboration, accountability and client focus.
• Foster a supportive, high-performing team environment where people can learn, grow and succeed.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting both their professional development and day-to-day success.
• Provide clear direction, constructive feedback and ongoing development support to direct reports.
• Share knowledge, expertise and best practices across the broader team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in FMCG, shopper insights, category management, analytics, consulting or a related environment.
• Experience working with scan, panel, retailer or shopper datasets.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into business impact.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• Commercially minded with a passion for helping clients solve problems and achieve growth.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
