About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our bubbly and supportive Warranty team as a Warranty & Data Entry Administrator, based in Kirrawee!

A Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative side of warranty claims, ensuring they are submitted, processed and recorded accurately.

This position will be Permanent Full Time - Monday to Friday; with flexible start times on offer for the right candidate.

We are open to candidates with no prior experience; full training will be provided!

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter warranty claims accurately into our system
• Follow up on missing information and documentation
• Filing and document sorting
• Checking documents for compliance and accuracy
• Liaise with manufacturers regarding warranty claims

About you:

• Previous experience in warranty or general administration is highly regarded however not essential! Full training, mentoring and on-going support will be provided
• You will be a great communicator and have strong written & verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn a new system efficiently
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
• An interest in cars and our brands that we sell!
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation
