Support Worker - Community Living Supports, Murrumbidgee (Griffith)

These positions are offered on a fixed term, full time (or part time) basis until 30 June 2031.

 

Provide flexible, person led individual and group mental health support that builds confidence, practical skills and independence. Work with families, services and community supports to deliver coordinated, culturally respectful care, helping people work toward their recovery goals at their own pace.
