About This Role
Your new role:
Join the Adult Community Care Team East within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services at Princess Alexandra Hospital, delivering high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy to adults in the community. You'll provide assessment, intervention, education, case management and discharge planning as part of a collaborative interprofessional team, while developing your clinical expertise through supervision, professional development and hands-on experience. You'll also contribute to student education, service improvement and research initiatives that support better consumer outcomes.
About You
You'll be a collaborative and motivated Occupational Therapist who is committed to person-centred care and keen to build your skills in community mental health.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy in mental health.Communicate effectively and collaborate across an interprofessional team.Actively develop your clinical knowledge through learning and professional development.Contribute to student education, supervision and clinical training.Participate in service improvement and initiatives that enhance consumer care.

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses.
