Ribbons & Reeves
About the role
Are you a Psychology graduate looking to build meaningful experience working directly with children who need consistency, patience and emotional understanding? This SEND LSA role offers the perfect environment to grow, develop and make a genuine impact every single day.
As a SEND LSA, you will work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support, helping them feel secure, confident and ready to learn. Previous experience working with SEN pupils is essential, and your insight into behaviour, emotional regulation and child development will be highly valued.
What makes this SEND LSA opportunity stand out is the setting itself: a calm, nurturing, family‑feel environment where every child is known, celebrated and supported as an individual. With small class sizes, a warm ethos and a setting enriched by nature, this is a place where a SEND LSA can truly thrive.
As a SEND LSA, you’ll work in a calm, purposeful environment where children feel safe, valued and understood.
The school’s nurturing, family‑centred ethos ensures every SEND LSA is supported, encouraged and developed.
Beautiful surroundings and access to natural outdoor spaces create a peaceful setting for both pupils and staff.
As a SEND LSA, you’ll benefit from close collaboration with experienced teachers, pastoral staff and SEN specialists.
Small class sizes mean a SEND LSA can build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils and see real progress.
A community‑driven culture ensures every SEND LSA feels part of a supportive, positive and welcoming team.
As a SEND LSA, you’ll gain invaluable hands‑on experience ideal for future careers in psychology, SEN, teaching or therapy.
A strong focus on wellbeing ensures every SEND LSA is looked after, listened to and given room to grow.
If you’re a Psychology graduate with SEN experience and a passion for helping children flourish, this SEND LSA role offers the perfect next step.
