Seasonal Casual Retail Stylist

As we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Stylists to join our Fitzroy store on a casual basis. You’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers throughout the peak trading period. Full availability across 7 days is required, with a strong commitment to working throughout November, December and January.

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets.
• Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value.
• Upholding Assembly Label's retail operational standards and procedures.
• Working alongside the State Manager and Store Manager to ensure the store's data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets.
• Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards.
