Residential Site Manager

A well-established residential builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and take ownership of a large high-density residential project.

These are fast-paced sites with up to 80+ homes, so you'll need to be organised, energetic and comfortable managing multiple work fronts and a large site team.

The Role:
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery, working with a strong team around you to keep the project moving.

You'll have the support of:

• Site Supervisors
• Leading Hands
• Trainees

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing site operations and programme
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Driving productivity, quality and safety
• Managing multiple work fronts across a large residential site
• Working closely with the wider project and commercial teams

What You'll Bring:

• Proven Site Management experience within residential construction
• Experience managing high-volume or high-density residential projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organised, energetic and delivery-focused
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple work fronts
• Trade background preferred
