Storeperson

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Storeperson at our Eagle Farm facility. This position will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operations of the Brisbane warehouse, assisting in the receiving and dispatching of freight into and out of the warehouse and yard, whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.

The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:

• Assisting with receiving and checking all freight into the warehouse in accordance with our Warehouse Receiving SOP

• Ensuring all incoming freight is accurately and timely weighed, measured and receipted

• Ensuring all incoming freight is accurately and timely line item checked against vendor paperwork

• Ensuring that all freight is received in good condition, reporting any issues and damages to the Warehouse Team Leader

• Conducting forklift operations

• Preparing, picking, packing and labelling goods for dispatch

• Loading and unloading couriers, trucks and containers

• Monitoring stock and preparing data reports for client review

• Completing SAP based functions as required

• Ensuring warehouse and yard are clean, tidy and safe

• Adhering to QHSE regulations and safe operating procedures

The successful candidate will have:

• Aviation security awareness

• Manual handling awareness

• Experience working in a similar role

• Positive and professional attitude

• High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

• Current unrestricted drivers licence

• Forklift high risk licence

Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a Pre Employment Medical and Criminal History check.
