Maternal and Child Health Nurse – Universal and Enhanced Services
Location: Maternal Child Health Nurse Services Churchill, Morwell, Moe and Traralgon
Employment type: 1 x Permanent Full Time (38 Hours per week)
1 x Permanent Part Time (26.6 Hours per week)
Please Note: Part Time applications at any FTE will be considered
Rate: As per the Latrobe City Council Enterprise Agreement including applicable allowances
We're looking for a Maternal and Child Health Nurse – Universal and Enhanced Services to join our Family Services team. In this role, you'll provide advisory, supportive and educative primary health services to families with children from birth to school age, helping to improve child health, wellbeing and developmental outcomes through early intervention, prevention and family-centred care.
This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, delivering both universal and enhanced Maternal and Child Health services while working collaboratively with a range of health, community and family support professionals.

About You
You are a compassionate and experienced Maternal and Child Health professional who is passionate about supporting children and families to thrive. You bring strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills and a family-centred approach to care. You enjoy building trusted relationships with families and stakeholders and are committed to providing high-quality services that improve health and wellbeing outcomes for children.
Key Selection Criteria
Successful applicants will be required to apply for and satisfactorily obtain a National Police Check, Working with Children's Check
A current Victorian Driver Licence is also required.
