Entry Level Drillers Offsider & Traineeship

Precision Drilling Australia is a specialised Geotechnical & Environmental Drilling Contractor based in Helena Valley, Perth.

We are a small family-owned drilling company providing drilling solutions to various clients throughout WA, located within Perth and remotely. Our commitment to building strong working relationships with our clients has driven sustained growth since the company’s inception

As a result of continued growth, our team is looking for motivated, hardworking Drillers Offsider.

The roles will be site-based working on projects with our reputable clients across Perth and/or remotely (FIFO & DIDO). There may be times where you will be required to work from the depot in Helena Valley.

Pre-Requisites:

• Minimum HR Drivers Licence (HC or MC Preferred)

• Previous Drilling experience (Essential)

• Current First Aid Certification (Preferred)

• 4WD Certification (Preferred)

• White Card – Construction Induction (Essential)

• Police Clearance (Within 12 months or able to obtain on request)

• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol screening

• Be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

• Reside in Perth, Western Australia

• Possess mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning new skills

• Enjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environment

• Have leadership and communication skills

• Have strong WHS awareness & work ethic.

• Have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment safely & efficiently

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Have excellent organisation and time management skills

• Be able to deal directly with clients whilst on site

• Have a go getter attitude
