Are you looking to further develop and use your case management skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, young people and families?
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Liaison Officer to support adolescents aged 10-14 and their families who are disengaged, or at risk of disengaging, from school. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a current team member to expand their experience working alongside schools, families and community services to improve engagement, wellbeing and long-term outcomes.
The OpportunityAs a Family Liaison Officer, you will work closely with students enrolled at Nambour State College and their families, providing practical support, case management, advocacy and family-focused interventions.
This role is ideal for someone looking to use and build their skills in family intervention, stakeholder engagement, case coordination and community-based support while working within a collaborative, outcomes-focused program.
