Housekeeper / Nanny / Driver – Sydney CBD

$35–$40 per hour | 22 to 38 hours per week | Employee Sponsorship Available

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeper / Nanny / Driver to support a well-run home and care for a 5-year-old child.

This is a long-term, part-time role suited to someone reliable, proactive and confident managing both household responsibilities and childcare.

Working Hours (22 hours per week) minimum

• Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (6.5 hrs after 30-minute lunch)
• Wednesday: 7:30am – 2:00pm (max 6 hrs with 30-minute break)
• Friday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (5.5 hrs after 30-minute lunch)
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (4 hrs)

About the Role

Approximate split:

• 50% housekeeping
• 25% nanny / driving
• 25% admin

A weekly deep cleaner is engaged separately, so this role focuses on maintaining daily organisation and smooth household operation.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping:

• Keeping the home neat, tidy and organised
• Laundry and ironing
• Light cleaning and general upkeep (not deep cleaning)
• Running errands
• Cooking simple, healthy meals for parent and child

Nanny / Driver:

• School and activity drop-offs/pick-ups
• Driving confidently on Sydney roads
• Engaging, playing and supervising a 5-year-old
• Creating a calm, structured and positive environment

Admin\Office Tasks

• Admin\erins
• Social media\marketing

Essential Requirements (Applicants must meet ALL criteria)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children aged 4–6
• Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• Driver’s licence held for at least 5 years
• Minimum 1 year driving experience on Sydney roads
• Strong organisational and housekeeping skills
• Comfortable cooking basic home-style meals
• Reliable, punctual and professional
