Motel Reservationist - Night Audit Shifts - Weekends

We are looking for a candidate to cover (x3) shifts per week

Shifts Available:- (Must be able to work on shift alone)

* Night Audit Shifts - Weekends (10pm to 7:30am)

* Afternoon Shift - Thursday Only (3:30pm to 11:30pm)

The applicant MUST be able to work the above (x3) shifts weekly.

We are a busy 3.5 star motel located in Inner West Sydney (Burwood). We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about service standards and guest satisfaction.

To be considered for this position you should possess the following attributes:

• Works well under pressure

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role

• Strong Communication (English) and Interpersonal skills

• Good Time Management

• Ability to Multi-task

• Excellent Attention to Detail

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and Welcome all guests

• Guest registration to include Check In/Out procedure

• Balancing daily transactions

• Handle guest queries and complaints

• Liaise closely with all departments in the Hotel, particularly Housekeeping and Maintenance

• Dealing with reservation enquiries

• Inventory

This role would suit someone with Hotel Front Office Experience.
