A Day in the Life: 

As our Sous Chef, you'll play a key leadership role within the kitchen, supporting the Chef de Cuisine in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our diverse food and beverage operations. You'll help lead the brigade day-to-day, ensuring seamless service, high culinary standards and an outstanding experience for every guest.

Your team-first approach, strong communication skills and hands-on leadership style will set the tone within the kitchen. You'll mentor and develop chefs across the brigade, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. With a passion for quality and attention to detail, you'll help drive consistency, creativity and operational excellence across all areas of the kitchen while contributing to menu development, service innovation and the ongoing success of the team.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in a fast-paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment in a similar position

• Sound culinary knowledge

• A creative and innovative mindset

• A desire to further develop your skills

• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods

• Full working rights in Australia
