We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive the growth and adoption of our award-winning CRM platform, Mercury, and our Asset Finance CRM solutions. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded B2B marketer who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, product marketing, customer engagement and business growth. 

About the Role 

You’ll play a key role in increasing member adoption and engagement with Mercury Nexus by developing and delivering strategic marketing and communication programs, acquisition campaigns, sales enablement tools and product communications. 

You’ll be a critical thinker and hands-on marketer with project management skills, who can take ownership, work autonomously and cross-functional teams to drive projects through to completion. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Broker Channel and Asset Finance, you’ll quickly understand complex systems and translate their capabilities into clear, compelling communications that support member acquisition, retention and greater use of our technology. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive CRM adoption and usage. 
• Create engaging product marketing content, including videos, presentations, user guides, website content, blogs and sales materials. 
• Partner with Product and Sales teams to communicate product features, updates and new releases. 
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives. 
• Analyse user data and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. 
• Develop sales enablement materials and training programs to help internal teams position Mercury effectively. 
• Act as a product champion and subject matter expert for Mercury and Asset Finance CRM solutions. 
• Conduct competitor research and provide market insights to support acquisition and growth strategies. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional member experiences. 
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, enhance content creation, streamline workflows and identify new opportunities to drive member engagement and CRM adoption. 
•  Develop acquisition campaigns and communications across blogs, social media, email and digital channels that showcase Mercury Nexus and attract prospective brokers to Connective. 

About You 

You’ll be a proactive, curious, strategic and creative marketer who can turn complex technology into clear, compelling customer value propositions. 

You’ll bring: 

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology or software environments. 
• Strong campaign development and execution experience. 
• Experience using customer insights and data to drive marketing decisions. 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. 
• Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. 
• Exceptional written communication and content creation skills. 
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
• Passion for innovation, with a strong interest in AI, automation and digital technologies, and the ability to identify practical ways they can enhance member experiences and marketing performance.
