ServiceNow Developer – Remote

Reason Group is seeking multiple experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a growing portfolio of projects across our partner network. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to large-scale ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, spanning IRM/GRC, HRSD, and PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services) modules.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement and enhance HRSD or IRM/GRC, or PSDS capabilities across government clients.
• Build and manage integrations using IntegrationHub, ETL, APIs, and enterprise connectors.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL v4 and Australian Government ICT standards.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years’ ServiceNow development experience in enterprise or government environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or HRSD modules, including policy and compliance management, risk management, audit management, third-party risk, employee workflows, HR case management, and HR service delivery automation.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (HRSD/PSDS/IRM/GRC) certifications highly regarded.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of ITIL v4 practices and automation principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Baseline or higher AGSVA security clearance is mandatory.
