The Opportunity: 

As our Compliance Officer you will have a strong focus on workforce compliance. You'll own the weekly compliance cycle that keeps our NDIS workforce credentialled, current and ready to deliver care - verifying documents, tracking expiries, and making sure nothing slips through.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys compliance work: the rhythm of a well-run weekly cycle, the satisfaction of a clean, accurate record, and the quiet importance of getting the details exactly right.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•  Manage the compliance inbox, prioritising urgent items and confirming every action
• Verify mandatory compliance documents and keep records accurate in our systems including but not limited to working rights, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR
• Timely notifications to Services Delivery to ensure workforce remains compliant
• Maintain tracking logs, archives and compliance reporting for audit and management
• Generate, refine and distribute accurate compliance reports
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, SharePoint, and employee files
• Prepare and issue employee correspondence using approved templates

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Experience in an administrative, data-focused role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Confidence using systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organisational skills and reliability
• Ability to work productively as part of a broader team
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders

Additional Requirements: 

• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Evidence of current work rights in Australia
