Save The Children Australia
About the role
Our Team Leaders do more than manage programs, they lead teams that help women and children rebuild their lives after domestic and family violence. At Ada's Haven, you'll combine operational leadership with meaningful practice leadership, ensuring high-quality refuge and recovery services that place the voices of women and children at the centre of everything we do.
We're looking for a confident, values-driven leader who can build strong teams, foster a culture of accountability and learning, and navigate complex situations with compassion, courage and sound judgement. If you're passionate about trauma-informed practice, advocacy and achieving better outcomes for families, we'd love to hear from you.
54 reasons is Australia’s leading child rights organisation – no ordinary not-for-profit.
Proudly part of the Save the Children Australia Group and global movement, we’re here to make sure that children and young people have their rights met and thrive, in all their diversity.
With the child’s voice at the centre, we provide quality services to children and their caregivers in every state and territory, and across regions, remote areas and capital cities. From our programs to our support services - this is the place to realise your purpose.
