Qualified Automotive Technician – Mitchell ACT

Car Service Canberra is looking for a qualified and experienced Automotive Technician to join our friendly team at our Mitchell workshop.

This is a hands-on role carrying out high-quality servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs on a wide variety of vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service, with a strong focus on quality, reliability and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General servicing and maintenance

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults

• Log book servicing

• Road testing vehicles

• Quality control and final vehicle inspections

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A recognised automotive trade qualification

• Experience servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• A current Australian driver's licence

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

The following qualifications or experience would be highly regarded:

• Automotive Air Conditioning Licence and experience

• NSW or ACT Roadworthy/Safety Inspection Licence
