Job Type: Contract position | Full time position

• Assist with food preparation and cooking according to required standards.
• Prepare and assemble ingredients for cooking.
• Assist with general kitchen operations and maintain kitchen areas and equipment.
• Provide food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests.
• Prepare and maintain dining and service areas.
• Assist guests with general requests and provide friendly and professional service.
• Maintain guest, dining and service areas in a clean and presentable condition.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages or operational issues.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Work with other employees to support efficient hospitality operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the employee’s skills, training, education and experience.

Applicants must be available to work weekends and public holidays as required. You must perform such additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time, provided they are within your skills, training, education and experience. There will be potential to upskill and training will be provided. You do not have to be an Australian citizen to apply for this work, but you will need to hold a valid working visa.
