Training Specialist

About the role:
The Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs to support the successful implementation of a large-scale and complex human resources and payroll solution. Working closely with key stakeholders, the role will ensure end users are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to effectively adopt and utilise the new system and associated business processes.

Experience Required:
3+ years’ experience in training development and delivery, preferably within software implementation projects. 
• Qualification in Training, Education, Human Resources, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience in these fields and demonstrated experience in a similar role. 
• Cert IV level in Training and Assessment desirable. 
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning tools, and virtual training platforms (e.g., MS Teams). 
• Experience in the application of formalised Change Management approaches and industry best practice (i.e. PROSCI, CMI, CMBoK etc.). 
• Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality training and materials that meet the criteria specified with project management and learning frameworks.
