Junior Creative (Paid Social)

We’re hiring a Junior Creative to join our team in Melbourne.This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on creating paid social / performance marketing content for our brand Odesse.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely great in CapCut, has a strong creative eye and understands how to make content that grabs attention quickly.
You’ll be working across everything from UGC and product footage to campaign assets - taking raw content and turning it into ads through clever hooks, pacing, text, sound and storytelling.
You’ll be a great fit if you:• Live and breathe socials. You’re across what’s trending, what’s working and what people are actually stopping to watch• Are confident in CapCut and love the editing process• Have a strong eye for design and visual storytelling• Understand social-first content and how to create for the platform, rather than simply repurposing content for it• Know how to find a strong hook and keep someone’s attention beyond the first few seconds• Can take the same footage or idea and turn it into multiple creative iterations• Have a results-driven mindset - you care as much about how creative performs as how it looks• Are curious to test new ideas, learn from performance and keep refining your work• Have an interest in fragrance, beauty, fashion and culture, with a strong instinct for what feels current and on-brand• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing a high volume of creative without compromising on quality• Enjoy being part of a small team where you can contribute ideas, take ownership and get involved beyond your core role
Experience creating Meta ads is a bonus, but not essential.
This is a full time in-office role at our Moorabbin office.
