SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay, with multiple end-to-end implementation experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.Design, implement, and support complex HR business processes in SuccessFactors.Manage Employee Central configuration including Position Management, Data Models, Events/Event Derivation and RBP.Configure MDF Objects, Business Rules and Workflows.Manage Compensation and Variable Pay templates, Route Maps, approval processes and step types.Work on custom breakup calculations, compensation statements, Rewards & Recognition.Develop and maintain Advanced and Ad-hoc Reports.Support SuccessFactors integrations with EC Payroll and other systems, including Integration Center.Perform gap analysis and contribute to strategic roadmap/blueprint development.Troubleshoot incidents, perform error analysis and provide effective solutions.Support bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades and advise customers on new capabilities.Understand and support global Employee Lifecycle Management and HR business processes.Work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex issues and deliver outcomes.
Mandatory Skills & Experience6–8 years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience.Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation/Variable Pay.Minimum 4–5 end-to-end implementations across EC and Compensation.Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification – Mandatory.SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay certification.Strong hands-on experience with:Position ManagementData ModelsEvents & Event DerivationRole-Based Permissions (RBP)MDF ObjectsBusiness RulesWorkflowsCompensation Route Maps & Approval ProcessesCompensation StatementsCustom Breakup CalculationsAdvanced & Ad-hoc ReportingExperience integrating SuccessFactors EC with EC Payroll and other systems.Strong understanding of HR Business Processes and Talent Management.
Good to HaveSuccessFactors Intelligent Services.Knowledge of Core HR, Time & Attendance or other SuccessFactors modules.Experience conducting customer discovery sessions and supporting presales activities.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience proactively identifying application improvements.Certification/exposure in RCM, RMK, Onboarding 2.0, PMGM or LMS.
