Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused bartender/barista to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional guest service

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails

• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

• Process orders and payments accurately

• Assist with restaurant and event service as required, event and hotel conference set up is an additional benefit to the applicant

• Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed

• Contribute to a positive team culture

• Have a guest focused approach vs a task focused approach

• Previous hotel experience is ideal, however not necessary
