Sales Support / Auto Rating Specialist

EPL is a highly successful International Freight Forwarding company based in Matraville. We specialise in providing innovative sea and airfreight logistics solutions. Currently we are looking for a confident and skilled Sales Support / Auto Rating specialist to join the team. 

This key role requires a polished and highly motivated individual with an eye for detail and lots of confidence. This is an important position that provides valuable support to internal and external clients at all levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Primary point of contact for clients/carriers 

• Support sales team

• Negotiate and source rates

• Update and maintain Auto Rating function

• Supply clients with quotations

• Maintain client database

• Liaise with all departments

• Ensure a high-level of customer service is obtained at all times

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in the Forwarding/Logistics Industry 

• Great negotiation skills

• Import/export customer service experience (advantage)

• CargoWise system experience

• Friendly and confident nature

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
